Morales has more than 30 years of executive problem identification and strategic resolution experience. Ability to research, conduct root cause analysis and identify solutions to help drive business results. Proven track record in building strong alliances within international communities: government’s, multi-national businesses, Non-Governmental Organizations.
As a consultant for the World Trade Center in Arkansas, he linked SME’s from the State of Arkansas from various sectorsincluding Green Technologies, Education, Agriculture, Retail, Food Processing, Aerospace etc. with countries like México, Central America, Dominican Republic, Panamá, Colombia, Perú, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay, supporting WTC AR efforts to expand bilateral trade opportunities of goods and services.
Before that, he was a Human Resources Manager for Tyson Foods in Rogers, AR., an International Director for Network Marine, Inc. in Pierre Part, Louisiana, and General Manager for Marex, SA, in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Earlier, he worked on several national projects for the United Nations Development Program, as a local expert in the Process of Decentralization and Modernization of the Public Administration. He taught Public Administration and Political Science at the Universidad Autónoma de Puebla and San Carlos de Guatemala.
Mr. Morales attended Law School at the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, has a Degree in Public Administration from the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, México; a Certification in Public Budget and Planning from the prestigious Centro de Investigacion y Docencia Economica –CIDE- in México City and a MBA from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri.
